Biography
Carla Ayukawa has been designing for over 20 years since graduating from Carleton’s School of Industrial Design in 1991. As an instructor at the school, she brings to students her knowledge and professional experience of environmental graphics design in the areas of exhibition, interpretation, and signage design.
She is currently working towards a Master of Design and a Curatorial Studies diploma. Carla’s field of design research is inclusive and accessible museum exhibition development using material culture and participatory design research methods.
