As the founder of Re4m Design and Fabrication—an award-winning company that transforms recycled materials into custom furnishings and displays—Heather brings real-world experience, creativity, and problem-solving into every project she leads. With over a dozen industry accolades, including Ottawa’s 2024 Forty Under 40 and BMO’s Top 10 Women in Sustainability, she’s deeply committed to guiding the next generation of designers with the same innovation, resilience, and care that have shaped her own journey.
