COVID-19 Service Update: Effective May 2, 2022 

As Carleton University continues to follow our safe return to campus, the International Student Services Office (ISSO) has transitioned to providing both in-person and remote services during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday).

If you are experiencing an on-campus emergency, please call Campus Safety Services at (613) 520-4444. If you are experiencing an off-campus emergency, please call the Ottawa Police by calling 911.

The International Student Services Office (ISSO) offers services and programs that contribute to positive international experiences for all Carleton students. We are dedicated to helping international and exchange students adjust to life in Canada and to helping them get the most out of their student experience.
