ITS has achieved considerable success in this last fiscal year. We remained focused on customer service delivery. We continued to listen, learn and grow as a department. And we continued to work in a spirit of collaboration with the Carleton community in our efforts to achieve our service objectives:
- Provide quality, responsive and helpful service
- Develop innovative processes, and effective and efficient services
- Utilize effective strategic and operational planning
- Provide quality, timely, and accurate information
- Be a customer focused organization
- Align with the business of the University
This last year, we’ve worked diligently to improve campus-wide information technology in areas such as applications development, operations, academic computing, networking, phone services, web services, client services, security, and project management.
