RESOLVED: Unscheduled Outage to Student VPN Access This Weekend

9:00AM Aug 9th: This issue is resolved, Student VPN access has been restored.
There will be an unscheduled outage impacting student Virtual Private Network (VPN) access beginning at 4pm today and extending through the Civic Holiday long weekend.
If you are aware of students who urgently need access to the VPN over the weekend, please ask them to contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance.
We anticipate that students will be able to access the VPN by the morning of Tuesday, August 8. Student access to systems that do not require the VPN will be unaffected during this outage.
Faculty and staff members will have access to the VPN as usual through the weekend.
