- Junk Email

To mark an email message as “Not Junk”
Sign into Outlook.Office.com with your Carleton Email account
- Open your Junk Email folder and select the messages you want to keep.
- From the top toolbar, select Report
> Not junk .
If you’ve blocked someone by mistake
- Sign into Outlook.Office.com with your Carleton Email account
- Select Settings icon top right
> select the Mail menu > Junk email > under the Senders heading > Blocked senders and domains > select the
next to their name
- Request/Access a Shared Mailbox

- If you require an Email address for your department, team or event, Staff and Faculty can request a new Email address using the Customer Portal
