Dr. Fen Hampson, Chancellor’s Professor & Professor of International Affairs has been appointed a visiting fellow to the New Institute in Germany.
He will be working with distinguished German economist professor Dennis Snower and former ICANN CEO Paul Twomey on the Global Initiative for Digital Empowerment, which builds upon previous work that Hampson has done as co-director of the Global Commission on Internet Governance.
