To be eligible for the designation “Chancellor’s Professor“, an individual must have at least ten years of service at the rank of full professor, and scholarly activities that have been and continue to be of outstanding merit with substantial international impact. Chancellor’s professors are also expected to provide research leadership and to actively participate in the development of research at Carleton University.
