Accessible Career Transitions (ACT) provides support and guidance for students searching for summer jobs. Meeting one‑on‑one with an ACT Advisor, students receive individualized, adapted and ongoing career support using a strength‑based approach.

ACT Advising can help students clarify career interests, develop effective job‑search and networking strategies, and build confidence as they navigate the employment process.

During ACT Advising appointments, students receive support with resumes and cover letters, job applications, interview preparation, professionalism and conversations around workplace accommodations and disclosure of disability.

Note that ACT Advising is available by appointment only, and students must first be registered with ACT before booking a session. Once registered, students can contact ACT to schedule an advising appointment and get personalized support to move forward with their summer job search.
