![]() | Dr. Sabrina Fernandes is a Brazilian ecosocialist organizer with a PhD in Sociology and MA in Political Economy from Carleton University. She is currently a guest researcher at the Latin American Institute of Freie Universität Berlin, Full Collaborating Researcher at the University of Brasília, and a postdoctoral fellow with the International Research Group on Authoritarianism and Counter-Strategies of the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung. Sabrina is also a contributing editor at Jacobin Magazine and producer of Tese Onze, a socialist political education platform in Brazil. | |

Ian Angus is the editor of Climate & Capitalism and a member of the executive board of the Global Ecosocialist Network. | Lorena Zárate is a founding member and co-coordinator of the Global Platform for the Right to the City (2014-present). She is former president of the Habitat International Coalition, HIC (2011-2019) and coordinator for the HIC regional office for Latin America, HIC-AL (2003-2011). During the last two decades she has been involved in projects and initiatives supporting housing and land rights and the right to the city. She has edited and contributed to multiple publications and conferences on these topics. She studied history and pedagogy in Argentina (her country of origin) and has a master’s degree in political economy from Carleton University.
