Leading Service Excellence Workshop
This workshop is tailored to faculty and staff in informal leadership positions where we will review the role that a leader has in enacting service excellence.
In addition to discussing ways to engage staff in service excellence, we’ll also review: - what leaders can do to engage their colleagues - resources for understanding staff motivation and recognition - contributing to a campus community focused on continuous improvement.
