This certificate program allows participants to master the skills required to improve strategically important processes. As a participant in this certificate, you will: (1) learn and apply methodologies for documenting, measuring, analyzing, and improving key processes and (2) complete a Process Impact Assignment that implements process tools and techniques to a real life situation.
