CDSA: Drug Paraphernalia
At approximately 10:30 p.m. on December 2nd 2009, CSS officers attended Lanark Residence to assist members of Residence security. While on patrol, Residence Security guards smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from one of the residence rooms. Upon questioning, the room owner was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. CSS officers confiscated a bong which contained marijuana residue and turned it over to the Ottawa Police for destruction.
