Robbery and Assault- Alumni Park
At approximately 8:30pm on June 26th 2009, CSS Officers were dispatched to a report of a robbery and assault in Alumni Park. A student had arranged to meet with an unknown male on campus to purchase an item from a used property website. Upon his arrival at Alumni Park the student was subjected to a “swarming” style robbery and assault by multiple males. Ottawa police were contacted and attended. The Campus Safety Services is assisting with the Ottawa Police with their investigation into this incident.
