Theft of Bicycles
Between July 3rd and July 7th there were two reported thefts of bicycles on campus and one attempted theft of a bicycle. On July 3rd between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm a bicycle was stolen from outside the Norm Fenn Gymnasium while on July 7th a second bicycle was stolen between 11:00am and 8:00pm from outside the Steacie building. In both cases the locks had been cut. There was also an attempted theft of a bicycle from outside the HCI building on July 8th in which the owner found that someone had attempted to cut the lock. At this time we are asking all bicycle owners to be extra vigilant and report any suspicious activity around any bicycle storage areas to Campus Safety – 613 520 4444
