Suspicious Person- MacOdrum Library
On November 8th 2010 CSS received report of a possible homeless male in the library who was causing a disturbance. Officers were unable to locate the male who left prior to their arrival. They were later able to identify him after reviewing camera footage. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
