On October 3rd, 2011, CSS received report of an attempted theft of a vehicle within R4 parking lot. An individual reported that a group of individuals appeared to be attempting to remove the vehicle from the lot, but upon her return the individuals departed from the area. A copy of this report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
