On September 7th, 2011, CSS received report of a disturbance within Glengarry Residence. Following non-compliance and refusal to provide identification, the individual was apprehended and issued a Provincial Offences Notice. Ottawa Police attended and took custody of the individual. Ottawa Police were forwarded a copy of the report.
