On November 18th, 2011, CSS officers observed consuming open alcohol in a prohibited area. The individual was non-compliant with requests to produce identification and was further apprehended. The individual was further released following identification and issued a Provincial Offences Notice for public consumption. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
