On January 21st, 2011 Oliver’s Pub staff requested assistance with removing an intoxicated male from within the bar. Officers attended and spoke with the male who was uncooperative and refused to leave the bar. Officers placed the male under arrest for being intoxicated in a public place and resisting arrest. Ottawa Police attended and took custody of the individual.
