Earlier today, the Ottawa Police Service announced it has charged an 18-year-old Carleton student named Oluwatimilehin Akindele with sexual assault and assault. Mr. Akindele is suspected of sexually assaulting a female student on campus last weekend and of physically assaulting a female student off campus yesterday. Campus Safety Services arrested Mr. Akindele yesterday when he returned to campus and turned him over to Ottawa Police.
