On September 27th, 2011, CSS received report of a theft from the Physical Recreation Centre men’s change room. An individual had placed their cell phone down on a counter and departed the area, forgetting the phone. Remembering about the phone, he returned shortly thereafter to retrieve the phone and it was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred at approximately 8:00PM on September 27th. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
