On July 29th, 2011, CSS received report of a theft from Lot 4. An individual had secured their bicycle to a post within Lot 4 and upon return to retrieve the bike, it was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred between July 25th at 5:00PM and July 27th at 9:00PM. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
