On July 4th, 2011, CSS received report of a theft from the Mackenzie building quad area. An individual had secured their bicycle to a bike rack and upon return, it was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred between the hours of 9:30AM and 2:00PM on July 4th. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
