On June 1st, 2011, CSS received report of a theft near Prescott Residence. An individual had secured their bicycle to a bike rack outside of Prescott Residence. Upon the individual’s return to retrieve the bicycle, it was missing. This theft is believed to have occurred between the dates of April 12th and June 1st. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
