On October 3rd, 2011, CSS received report of a theft from a vehicle in R4 parking lot. An individual reported items missing from their vehicle while parked within the lot. This theft is believed to have occurred between 8:30PM and 9:30PM on October 3rd. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
