On July 12th, 2011, CSS received report of a theft. An individual had secured a bike to a railing within the Residence Quad. Upon return to the bike, it was noted that the rear tire was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred between the hours of 10:00AM and 10:30PM. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
