On September 22nd, 2011, CSS received report of a theft from the residence quad. An individual had secured their bicycle to a bike rack within the residence quad and upon return, it was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred between 2:00PM and 5:00PM on September 22nd. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
