On September 27th, 2011, CSS received report of a theft from Russell Residence. An individual had left their room unsecured while attending a room across the hall. Upon return to the room, it was noted that a cell phone, laptop computer and wallet were missing. The theft is believed to have occurred at approximately 10:10PM – 10:20PM. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
