This weekend, Carleton University will welcome nearly 3,500 students as they move into residence buildings.
To accommodate the move-in period, Carleton University will close a section of Campus Avenue daily from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Campus Avenue will be open to one-way traffic for vehicles travelling south from parking lot P6 toward Library Road. Campus Avenue in front of the University Centre will remain open for two-way traffic up to the Mackenzie Building.
The Minto Case OC Transpo bus stop will be out of service with all routes being rerouted to the Athletics bus stop.
Families arriving to campus for residence move-in are asked to proceed to parking lot P6 upon their arrival. An information tent will be set up to assist with any questions.
The Campus Safety Services will have officers at main intersections and areas of campus to assist with the flow of traffic.
