On July 6th, 2012, CSS received report of a theft from the Canal building area. An individual reported that they had secured their bicycle to a bicycle rack and upon return to retrieve the bicycle, it was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred between 11:00AM and 5:45PM. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
