On September 10th, 2012, CSS received report of a theft from Southam Hall. An individual reported securing their bicycle to a bicycle rack within the area. Upon return, the bicycle was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred between 8:15PM and 8:45PM. A copy of the report was forwarded to Ottawa Police.
