Today, at approximately 4:45 p.m. there was a small fire inside an air handling unit located outside of Southam Hall.
Ottawa Fire was at the scene and quickly extinguished the fire. The building was successfully evacuated.
There were no injuries.
The situation is now under control and occupants have been allowed back into the building.
