On December 13, 2013, the Campus Safety Services received a report of a theft from the athletics’ female change room. An individual advised that they placed their backpack containing several personal items in an unsecured locker. Upon returning, the individual discovered that their bag was missing. The theft is believed to have occurred between 1:45 p.m. and 5 p.m.
The investigation is on-going and a copy of the report was forwarded to the Ottawa Police Service.
The Campus Safety Services would like to remind everyone using the Athletics’ change rooms to never leave belongings unattended. The Athletics’ welcome desk sells locks and has lockers available for use free of charge located at the welcome desk.
