What is the Safe Walk Program?

The Safe Walk Program is a service run by the Campus Safety Services and by CUSA’s Foot Patrol for all students, staff and faculty at Carleton University. Safety officers or Foot Patrol volunteers can provide a safe walk or escort from your location on campus to any location free of charge.

How do I arrange a Safe Walk on campus?

Simply contact the Campus Safety Services at 613-520-3612 or Foot Patrol at 613-520-4066. Inform the call taker that you would like a safe walk from your current location and your planned destination.

Can I arrange a Safe Walk off campus?

CUSA’s Foot Patrol program offers Safe Walks to a number of nearby areas.
