Ottawa Police News Release Update: Suspicious male approaching teenage girls
The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) issued an updated news release on Monday, February 8th, 2016 about incidents in the Carleton vicinity involving a suspicious male attempting to lure teenage girls into a vehicle.
