Feb. 2019 Policy Update
The Senior Management Committee met on Feb. 27, 2019 and the following policies were reviewed and updated:
- University Bank Accounts – minor updates, requiring second signing authority
- Petty Cash Fund – minor updates, access and management by custodian
- Signature Stamp – minor updates, rewording
- Guaranteed Housing Loan – reviewed, no updates were made
- Information Security – minor updates, update under Procedures to align with Carleton University Retention Schedule
- Roof and Service Area Access – minor updates, inclusion of consultants
- Telecommunications Cabling and Wiring – updates under Roles, Responsibilities and Compliance
- Capital Planning Policy Process – new policy
