Campus to Community Team Leader Application

Being a Team Leader

Team Leaders lead Campus to Community participants through their engaged-learning experience – connecting with both fellow students and local, change-making organizations. As Team Leaders, students build critical thinking and leadership skills; they learn how to facilitate group discussion and appreciate diverse points of view.

Requirements

Team Leaders must…

  1. Complete Team Leader training in advance of their first Campus to Community day
  2. Commit to leading at least four Campus to Community days each term

Team Leaders interested in getting more involved will have opportunities to continue building their skills by leading more than one Campus to Community day and by participating in special events and offerings for leadership development.

Team Leaders who lead at least four Campus to Community days during Fall 2025 will receive a $200 honorarium at the end of the term.
