Upper Year Event Package 2025

Upper Year Kits are available for pick up as of Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at the Student Experience Office (430 Tory Building), from 8:30am – 4:30pm.

For 2025, the Student Experience Office will be offering the option for returning students to get in on the back to school fun. Register today and gain access to the great line up of events listed below along with a Ravens swag package containing a Long-Sleeve Ravens t-shirt and bucket hat.

Athletics Night!

6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Description: Check out our sports facilities and play few games while you’re at it! We will have an assortment of options taking place throughout the night including an exciting Basketball Showcase featuring both varsity teams.

• Full lineup of activities to be announced this summer.

Locations: Ravens Nest, Fieldhouse, Carleton Pool and Fitness Centre

Outdoor Movie

8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Description: Unwind and relax as we set up the big screen for a movie under the stars. Bring your blankets for an old-fashion outdoor movie.

• Movie Title to be announced this summer.

Fall Orientation wraps up with our Close Out Concert. This concert is exclusive to Fall Orientation and Upper Year Event Package participants, attendees will need to show your wristband to get in.
