Trans Liberation On-screen with the Transgender Media Portal
Come together for an evening of short films illustrating the strength of community as seen through the eyes of trans, Two-Spirit, nonbinary and gender-nonconforming filmmakers around the world. Discover talented filmmakers from diverse backgrounds, featuring Oliver Darrius Merrick King (ODMK), Vivek Shraya, May Ziadé, Shiva Raichandani, Hadi Moussally, Elias Wakeem, and micha cárdenas.

In addition, enjoy a short demo of our lab’s Transgender Media Portal, an innovative tool for finding and supporting trans-made films.
All films have closed captions. The room is accessible to mobility devices via an elevator. There are all-gender washrooms on the same floor. There are modified desks without chairs in the back of the room for people with mobility devices.
