The Carleton University Physics Society, also known as CUPS hosts several events throughout the year, the most famous and prominent of which are the Pizza and a Prof events. This event entails a professor giving a short lecture about their work/ research, followed by time to eat pizza and discuss ideas/ socialize with other physics peers!

Carleton Ravens Swim Team

The Carleton Ravens Swim Team is open to all swimmers with previous competitive experience, and who bring a good attitude to the pool deck and commit to attend at least five swim workouts per week. The OUA swimming guidelines encourage each team to include at least one para-swimmer of each gender.

Carleton University Field Hockey Club

We are Carleton University’s Field Hockey club. We have weekly games and practices in a low stress environment where we mostly compete with the University of Ottawa’s team. Women’s Ultimate Frisbee

The Women’s Ultimate Frisbee team is a group of athletes competing and learning together. We welcome women, two-spirit, and non-binary players of all experience levels; whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned player! All levels of fencing experience are welcome at the Carleton University Fencing Club! Beginners can take our beginners’ class to learn the fundamentals of fencing, while more experienced fencers can jump right into practice. Quadball is an unique, full contact sport that mixes rugby, dodgeball, wrestling, and handball together into one high paced sport. The sport is co-ed and there are multiple levels that you can play to including University level, Major league level, and National Level for Team Canada. Troitsky Carleton Design Team

The Troitsky Carleton Design Team is one of the biggest delegations attending the Troitsky Bridge Building Competition that occurs yearly at Concordia University! We send 6 teams of 5 to 6 students in the Engineering Department to Concordia to compete each year. The bridges are constructed with popsicle sticks, glue and dental floss.

The goal of the Carleton Moot Team is to enable members in developing their oral advocacy and legal argumentation skills by preparing for and participating in mooting tournaments.
