Pride Capital Volleyball Award

Overview

Awarded annually on the recommendation of the Associate Vice-President, Student Affairs and Student Life to an undergraduate 2SLGBTQ+ student who is enrolled in any program of study and is participating in a sports program. Each award consists of a monetary prize of $1,000. Preference will be for a student participating in a Carleton University sports program. Application is required. Established in 2024 by Pride Capital Volleyball.

Selection Process

The award recipient will receive $1000 to be applied to their student account.

To qualify for the award, students must have current full-time or part-time undergraduate status with good academic standing, identify as part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and participate in a sport program
