Renaissance Scholarship for Science Students

Overview

Awarded annually on the recommendation of the Director, Student Affairs and Student Life, to outstanding undergraduate students proceeding from one year to another in a Bachelor of Science degree program. Preference will be given to students studying Chemistry, Biochemistry or Health Sciences. Eligible recipients should be actively engaged in some aspect of the visual, literary or performing arts. Application is required. Endowed in 2024.

Selection Process

The award recipients will receive $1000 to be applied to their student account.

To qualify for the award students must be a current full-time undergraduate student and must demonstrate a strong academic background with a minimum average of 80% (CGPA 10.0), and demonstrate a passion for and pursue a visual, literary or performing art in addition to their scientific studies.
