Applications for the 2025/2026 academic year will open on September 15th.

The approval of an application for funding depends upon the availability of funding. Applications must be submitted by the student(s) or staff who are participating in the event a minimum of 30 days in advance of the event date and have the event date no later than March 31st, 2026. Applications can take up to 10 business days to review.
