The ACB Experience, RISE, Women’s Centre, and CUSA presents: Grounded Power: A Movement-Based Self Defense Class for Black Women and Black Non-Binary People! An empowering, community-centered session led by Jo Maisonneuve and Ro Nwosu, designed to help participants build confidence, strength, and connection through intentional movement and practical self-defense techniques. Open to Carleton Students who identify as Black women and Black non-binary people. This session creates space for grounding, self-awareness, and collective care in a supportive environment.
