TIES (Together in Equity & Solidarity)
Are you passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion? Join TIES! We’re a volunteer program through the Student Experience Office (SEO) that empowers students to support meaningful programming for Carleton’s diverse campus community.
As a TIES volunteer, you’ll work alongside EDI Program Coordinators to help deliver events and initiatives that centre and celebrate the 2SLGBTQIA+ and African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) student communities. This is an opportunity to earn a Co-Curricular Record (CCR), an official document that complements your resume, academic transcript, bursary or scholarship applications, and post-graduate opportunities. The CCR highlights your community involvement, showcases your leadership skills, and reflects your contributions to building a more inclusive campus environment.
