Tunnel Painting

Student groups and residence floors looking to create a tunnel painting for the 2025/2026 academic year must complete the application below by the deadline of Friday December 19th, 2025.

Prior to submitting the application below, please review the following important information

Review the Tunnel Painting Conditions and Guidelines document. A signed copy must be provided in the application
Tunnel painting timeline
- Deadline to submit application – December 19th, 2025
- Applications reviewed – January 2026
- Student groups contacted – Early February 2026
- Tunnel painting days – TBD February/March 2026
At the time of application submission, the student group must be accredited by CUSA, GSA or the University and in good standing. Submission must come from a member of the accredited group.

Please note that Carleton Departments may submit an application and paint anytime during the year.
