Tunnel Painting

We are no longer accepting applications from student groups for academic year 2025-26.

Prior to submitting the application below, please review the following important information:

Review the Tunnel Painting Conditions and Guidelines document. A signed copy must be provided in the application
Tunnel painting timeline
- Deadline to submit application – December 19th, 2025
- Applications reviewed – January 2026
- Student groups contacted – Early February 2026
- Tunnel painting days – TBD February/March 2026
At the time of application submission, the student group must be accredited by CUSA, GSA or the University and in good standing. Submission must come from a member of the accredited group.

Please note that Carleton Departments may submit an application and paint anytime during the year.
