Summer term financial holds preventing access to grades through Carleton Central and the release of documents will be applied to accounts with an outstanding balance. Last day of full/late summer term classes. Last day for academic withdrawal from winter term courses (no financial adjustment).

August 25
Fall term payment deadline. Click here for important payment information. Late payment charges and late registration charges apply to the student account on or after this date.

September 1
Interest charges begin to accrue on the fall term balance.

September 6
Statutory holiday. University closed.

September 8
Fall term classes begin.

September 15
OSAP deferral deadline. Late charges apply to the student account on or after this date for eligible OSAP students.

September 22
Last day to register for fall and fall/winter courses.

September 30
Last day for a fee adjustment (financial withdrawal) when withdrawing from fall term courses or the fall portion of full year courses. Withdrawals after this date will create no financial change to fall term fees and will result in a grade of WDN to appear on your transcript.

Last day to pay your fall term tuition fees or it may result in deregistration from all courses for the fall and winter terms. If you intend to withdraw from your courses, you must do so via Carleton Central within the published deadlines. Non-attendance or failure to pay any outstanding fees does not constitute withdrawal from courses.

October 1
Interest accrued over the month of September is charged to accounts.

October 11
Statutory Holiday. University closed.

November 1
Interest accrued over the month of October is charged to accounts.

November 25
