The Students and Enrolment division had three key supporting plans to help guide and coordinate its work. These plans are available on our internal website.
Information Technology Plan
The division has a three-year IT plan, guided by the university’s digital strategy, that focuses on enhancing the student experience and improving efficiency through targeted digital initiatives and better coordination.
Knowledge Management Plan
Managing the division’s knowledge involves fostering a culture of sharing and collaboration, emphasizing knowledge creation through conversations and interactions rather than relying on a single shared repository.
Partnership Plan
The Partnership Plan assists those embarking on new partnerships or looking to enhance existing ones, including key considerations to develop mutually beneficial relationships to ultimately serve our community better.
Annual Reports
To support continued information sharing and transparency, Helping Ravens Soar Annual Reports will be created and published each year. This will help us to highlight the innovations, contributions and successes of our teams, while also remaining accountable to the aspirations, values and goals of our Strategic Plan.
