Frameworks and Policies

To assist the Students and Enrolment division in successfully embodying the aspiration and values that guide our work, policies, frameworks and strategies have been created to clearly outline our aspirations and approaches. Polices, frameworks and strategies enable the entire campus community to unite towards common goals and share the responsibility of progress in broad and complex areas.

Coordinated Accessibility Strategy

The Coordinated Accessibility Strategy guides the university’s commitment to an accessible campus for all, coordinating existing services and programs while fostering a culture of accessibility and inclusion.

Student Mental Health Framework

The Student Mental Health Framework emphasizes a collective responsibility for student health and wellness, promoting a holistic and intersectional approach while coordinating programs to build skills and resilience.

Sexual Violence Policy

The Sexual Violence Policy articulates Carleton’s commitment to a safe, supportive and healthy campus and to confirm its commitment to provide support to those members directly affected by sexual violence.

Student Communication Policy

The Student Communication Policy aims to raise awareness and promote best practices in using communication tools with students, supported by resources like a communication tool chart and guidelines for collaborative use.

Policies

The following is a list of policies for which the Students and Enrolment division is responsible. A comprehensive list of all university policies is maintained on the University Secretariat website.
